First off, LEGO has said they won't do Minifig packs for SW like they have done before; mostly because it kinda sorta goes against their agreement with Lucasfilm and Hasbro. Hasbro has the license for figures, LEGO has the license for *building (...) (22 years ago, 28-Jan-03, to lugnet.starwars)

Gil, That's exactly what I've been thinking about when I started with them after looking at the one that came with the X-Wing Fighter set.
