24 hours and still no responses. Lucky Duane found the Moonbase website with the standards on it. So we are trudging along. Our module will be The Arcane Home.   Moonbase Monorail Standard?
 
Is there a monorail standard for Moonbase in place yet? Might be wise (IMO) to create one, seeing as how the Moonbase idea has really taken off. How about making it run next to the corridors, and at standard stanchion height? A standard for the (...) (22 years ago, 16-Sep-02, to lugnet.space)

The standard of 48x48 was set because 1) the big ol' baseplate is still generally available 2) it allows lots of building space 3) it's grey, and 4)it's easier to begin figuring out how all this will (...) Jon, you say that you want to stick to the 48x48 modules, but since I do not have a 48x48 AND just bought 10 crater plates, I was planning to begin mine as a 9 crater plate module (which is equal to 4 48's).
