Um, WOW. Everything about this looks well thought out. All the living spaces are minifig navigable & comfortable looking; all the exterior & interior surfaces are well designed & decorated. The external angled-plate construction technique forms a very attractive & realistic looking ship. Even the floors are greebled; never woulda thought of that one, but there they are. The curved-slope piece works well for the sink in the head, especially with the small depressed area molded into the piece. Lego should make a cool printing/sticker for that piece & sink use (i’d like to see it in an official model-it’s such a good piece usage). Great microscope/scanner in sicbay too. Great use of the baseplate for the shuttlebay. I thought it would be cool to substitute another 1x1x1 brick with 5 studs for the bottom 1x1x1 cylinder brick on the shuttlebay toolbot; the 2 multistud bricks could be twisted 45 degrees from each other to fit more (8) tools on the bot. The custom bridge screen decals(?) even follow the classic space computer design ethic to a ‘T’. It has a very ‘Enterprise’/’early Trek’ feel to it-I think that’s GREAT. Very clean & stylish design. Is there any interior detail, crawlspaces or engine coils in the engines? Well played.

Jeff
