  Re: Kumo assassination spider

(...) It was fun, and I really like how it turned out, but I think I've had my fill of building vehicles that are directly based on creature anatomy for a while. This makes three, along with the Suzumushi and the one that I brought to the last (...) (21 years ago, 28-Jul-04, to lugnet.space, lugnet.castle.ninja, FTX)

  Re: Tommy the Floating Head

...y'know, if I didn't know any better, I'd say that's real sweet. Really dig the construction of the head and hands, and the overall design is a really nice translation from a minifig scale to...is that technically "maaxifig"? It's a real nifty (...)   Tommy the Floating Head

(URL) Tommy the Floating Head> is a special sort of person. You see, there are two types of people in the entire world - people who like Tommy and people who don't. Also, there are people who are cool, smart and successful and then there people who (...) (21 years ago, 27-Jul-04, to lugnet.space, lugnet.announce.moc, FTX)

Re: The Grand Admiral has been rescued!

Nicely done Mark, and all the others who helped. I really like how well all the factions/characters were integrated into this story. Excellent work. Heh, and I can't wait to see more of EB in the next comic. That will just add to the hilarity. :-) (...) (21 years ago, 27-Jul-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

Re: The Grand Admiral has been rescued!

(...) HEHE!!!! Oh, that was hilarious!! Well worth it! I may not have taken pics, but I'm happy I spent all that time making a carrier for the Fazoom-O-Craft to withstand the turbulence of a Boeing 767 coming from Atlanta to Portland back in (...) (21 years ago, 27-Jul-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: Kumo assassination spider

(...) Well, on the basis that there's not a gap between the Bohrok eyes and the first pair of legs, and the Bohrok eyes serve much of the same function as pedipalps (except for the "reproductive male organ" bit), we'll say that those are pedipalps, (...)   Re: Kumo assassination spider

(...) Hmmm, wait until you see what I did with two of them for a vessel from the Kami Nation (the blue "neutral" Sam-Bot faction). (...) That was such an accident of design, and the really cool thing is that it doesn't look like there's anything (...) (21 years ago, 27-Jul-04, to lugnet.space, lugnet.castle.ninja, FTX)

Re: The Grand Admiral has been rescued!

Finally! I was beginning to think that 3vil would prevail and all those times in the movies where they say "Justice always wins" wouldn't be true. Wait... IT"S NOT OVER YET! NOOOOO!!! Andrew Horvatits (21 years ago, 27-Jul-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

Re: The Grand Admiral has been rescued!

(...) Wow, this is really great guys. It was funny, and had some great effects. And it was long! 56 panels! Must have taken a long time. HLDITYTMI *clink* A very nice special appearance by Dr. Terrible, and what happened to Dr. Grubergruber? It (...) (21 years ago, 27-Jul-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

The Grand Admiral has been rescued!

Greetings, denizens of Space. I have been rescued, thanks to the efforts of Captain Fazoom and Justice!   Re: Kumo assassination spider

(...) Cool! Needs pedipalps, though (the small "5th pair of legs" just behind the fangs, that are quite prominent in some spiders). Could be a good way to add some tools for the pilot. (...)   Re: Kumo assassination spider

(...) Very cool! That's by far the best use I've seen with the angled cockpit piece for the 6x6 octagon. Everything is appropriately-sized, and the overall impression is very solidly spidery. The missile pack is a great addition as well. The legs (...) (21 years ago, 27-Jul-04, to lugnet.space, lugnet.castle.ninja, FTX)

  Re: Salon-bot

(...) Dirty, oh so dirty. My wife had her own comments on this one. The conversation went something like this... Why does it have legs? So it can walk. Well why would it need to walk if its in the salon? Maybe in the future the salon comes to you. (...) (21 years ago, 26-Jul-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)
