  4 new ships

Hello all! I've been building for a couple of weeks now, but I only took time to photograph my new stuff this weekend. So without further ado four new ships: (2 URLs) The Vayu fighter>, a small ship in a colour scheme I haven't used before. (2 URLs) (...)   Re: 4 new ships

(...) cool work. I especially like the tanker. it really looks the role and the big ol honking thrusters are perfect. I think it might need a little more prominent bridge area. At first glance i thought it was just the tanker trailer part. tk (URL) (...) (21 years ago, 16-Nov-03, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: 4 new ships

(...) Thanx Travis! I agree on the bridge-remark. I wanted to build it all inside the hull, with protection against small astroids as the reason, but now it just looks tiny. Lighting was really bad, so I could not take interior pictures (yet). (...) (21 years ago, 16-Nov-03, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: 4 new ships

(...) Howdy! I really like some of the things you did on the space tanker, it really stands out to me. It looks very realistic in the minimalistic design, and looks to have good proportionality in the engine/tankers/crew divisions. My only question (...)   Re: 4 new ships

(...) Wow (for all four (or even eight?) of them)! Very nice work. I especially liked the Flytail for some reason. Probably cause it's very neat and slick, with a clean design. The reversed backfin was a cool detail. I haven't been to your site (...) (21 years ago, 17-Nov-03, to lugnet.space)

  Re: 4 new ships

(...) (snip) I like the Vayu and Flytail. Really nifty small ships. I really like the direction you were going with the tanker, but I don't think the front end works. I think it could look really cool if you put the two large dishes on the front to (...) (21 years ago, 17-Nov-03, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: 4 new ships

(...) Nice and compact. Well done. Needs landing gear, though (or apparatus to dock to a landing cradle, maybe?). (...) I agree with Mark, it needs something on the front. Is there a docking attachment? That would be cool. Something to make the (...) (21 years ago, 17-Nov-03, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: 4 new ships

(...) With interior pictures still underway, I'll just say that the 'cockpit' of the tanker is tiny to allow plenty of stuff to be transported. (...) I thought about this, so I'll give you a frighteningly serious reply: all kinds of raw material can (...) (21 years ago, 17-Nov-03, to lugnet.space, FTX)

Maybe subconsciously I hoped I would come uop with improvements. Even (...) (21 years ago, 17-Nov-03, to lugnet.space, FTX)

Just look at this picture: (URL) with the gear retracted or click on the (URL) Vayu page> and select the last but one picture. (...) The drawback of using (...)   Re: 4 new ships

(...) Hi, Alexander. Can't believe I almost missed these... (...) Nifty little ship, but a bit too blue for me. (...) I agree with Mark that it needs a beefed up bridge and that dishes should be at the front. Also, how does the pilot get in and out? (...) (21 years ago, 21-Nov-03, to lugnet.space, FTX)
