  Re: SPACEWORLD! (name is TEMPORARY!)

A bit on the name... (I believe) being the one who jokingly suggested it in the BrickLUG chat last week, I find it sort of silly. That's why I suggested it, just to be goofy :) Though it may work for you (depends on how most people feel) thinking of (...) (24 years ago, 24-Jul-00, to lugnet.space)

Maybe it's a world where all the Space figs live. Didja think of that? Huh? Huh? ~M (24 years ago, 24-Jul-00, to lugnet.space)

My $0.02: Possible names: Future Worlds, Galactic Gateway, Celestial Universe, Castle World 3000 (for all you castle fanatics). :) Since there are "billions and billions" of other possible worlds it at least should be plural. (...) (24 years ago, 24-Jul-00, to lugnet.space)

  Re: SPACEWORLD! (name is TEMPORARY!)

(...) "Billions and Billions?" How about "Star Stuff," or maybe just the plain-Carl "Cosmos?" ;) Seriously, a one-word title might be best. At least it would be succinct! But if you have to pick two words, avoiding redundancy is probably best. But (...) (24 years ago, 25-Jul-00, to lugnet.space)

  Re: SPACEWORLD! (name is TEMPORARY!)

(...) I like the idea of linking this idea to its obvious predecessor -- Castle World. I can see that Space World needs to be made plural, as in Space Worlds. But beyond that I see no problem with it. I am sure that there is a wide variety of (...) (24 years ago, 25-Jul-00, to lugnet.space)

  Re: SPACEWORLD! (name is TEMPORARY!)

(...) Good point tim, Space World does seem a little limited. And Space Universe sounds cool and all but that is kind of redundant sounding to me. It's like saying Space twice. I like the one word idea but i wonder if that will be descriptive (...) (24 years ago, 25-Jul-00, to lugnet.space)

(...) Agreed (...) We had an idea of _synonom of space__ Alliance but I had to scratch that because it was the name of my future alliance kind of like zacktron ... (...) Its gonna be sweet! --Kyle (URL) (...) (24 years ago, 25-Jul-00, to lugnet.space)

(...) Exuse me, but your being axtremely biased!! You leave out the organic nuclearly altered giant space ants that cause the minifigs to spew out annoying one liners. Pearson (24 years ago, 25-Jul-00, to lugnet.space)

  Re: SPACEWORLD! (name is TEMPORARY!)

(...) Thats a great idea, but the one flaw i can see is that its more of a conglomerate than an alliance, because were gong to include empires, bunty hunters, mercinaries... All groups, good or evil, will be represented- and alliance IMHO just (...) (24 years ago, 25-Jul-00, to lugnet.space)
