From the mouth of a Lego Employee:

"The "2002 Special Edition" Catalog was printed in extreamly limited
quantities and only sent to random entries in our mailing list.  There are
none left.  Odds are, you won't get one yourself."

I explained that I frequently ordered from LSAH.

She said, "That that doesn't matter. Our mailing list is comprised of people
who may have not placed an order since we started SAH.  It was random."

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

That tells me,

If you don't get one soon, you don't get one.

It's interesting that a Lego employee said there were only limited
quantities of the catalogs and that they were mailed at random.  The Mall of
America Lego Store has multiple copies of this catalog; I grabbed three of
them but could easily have taken more.  This makes me wonder just how
"limited" they really are.

Regards,

Michael
