Not just one model but a whole line of them!  Great work as usual, Jeremy.  Here
are some things that I noticed:

Consistent use of engine design (cone in sw engine, or similar) except for the
Embark-class Destroyer.  It really makes the whole line of ships more connected.
I really like the look of the engine on these models.  I've tried it before but
always rejected it.  I will have to try it some microfig ideas.

The Toho-class Battleship Insurmountable has a very 'Star Destroyer' look, and it
is not even the biggest.

Engine flaps on the Ogre-class Dreadnaught Warlock.  I'm also planning on using
flaps on future designs.  A nod to Ken.

Sideways steep slope pieces on the Warlock as well.  Very cool looking!  I use
those in a ship that I'll post tomorrow, of course practically every ship I have
made has 'em.  I really need to try different things.

Hey all,

Seeing what miracles Ken Takeuchi has worked with ABS, and seeing that Karim
and Pat are hinting at updates to their pages, I'd better announce mine before

I've added five new nanofig-scale starships to my Web site.  I've been working
on them for about four months now; the latest was the result of an overnight
building frenzy after being inspired by Ken's models last week.

Anyway, you can see them at:

The quality of the pics isn't the best; I'd gladly take suggestions on how I
can improve my digital camera skills.

And as always, LMK!  :-,

Cheers,

(...) Yah, the cone thing is supposed to be a coaxial aerospike engine -- as opposed to a linear aerospike engine, which is what the VentureStar shuttle will use. Unfortunately, I've never seen a coaxial aerospike design, so I'm not sure what it'll (...) (25 years ago, 9-Feb-00, to lugnet.build, lugnet.space)
