  Wikicraft Barnstar

I must use my usual preamble to posting to .space, and say I am not much of a space builder, but nevertheless, I present to you the Wikicraft Barnstar: (URL) The perfect craft in which to deliver a compliment to others! I’m a great fan of Wikipedia. (...) (17 years ago, 18-May-07, to lugnet.space, lugnet.announce.moc, FTX) !!

(...) But you thought you'd make it my business anyway, didn't you Dave!? You aristocratic, name-dropping, polo-playing, lawn-tennis watching, Perrier-drinking, caviar-munching, sophisticated liberal Gatsby-types really tee me off! (...) Wow, that (...)   Re: Madcat / Timberwolf in camouflage-snow-version (Schneetarn)

(...) Gorgeous--an attractive design overall! I've never played Battletech, but I've always liked the design of the Madcat, even if I haven't been able to design/build one myself. The missile rack is very impressive and true to the original, and I (...) (17 years ago, 17-May-07, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: The Red Herring

(...) I declare that to be officially neat-o. I'm particularly fond of the use of the windscreens to create the canopy. Also, we don't often see single-color space MOC's, so it's nice when they make an appearance. The Red Herring is a compact, clean (...) (17 years ago, 17-May-07, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: MOC: Super Galaxy Explorer

(...) Thanks! I was hesitant about using them because of their newness, but they cut a rather low profile (hyuk!) on the ship, so I let them stay. I tried to pick new parts that I felt would fit the Classic Space style. (...) Yes, the yellow and (...) (17 years ago, 12-May-07, to lugnet.space)

  Re: MOC: Super Galaxy Explorer

David! I really love this Super Galaxy Explorer! Seeing this brought back so many memories. I like just about everything on it. I did think that the large slopes as the upper tail wings were a little bit out of place, but that is only because they (...) (17 years ago, 11-May-07, to lugnet.space)

I'll wrap this into one post and save some room. Thanks for all your comments. It was fun building something with a bit of a cartoony flare to it. And the X-pod container just really seemed to fit.
