It is the Madcat or Timberwolf from Battletech or Mechwarrior.

My Madcat operates on an iceplanet. So I create a camouflage-snow-Version of it. In colors like the military use it, in snow. In gemany we woud say “Schneetarn”, I do not know if it is in english called “Sky Camo”? Sometimes pictures tell more than words, I wanted to create a Mecha in this Design:

Here is the result:

Here you can see all Pics of this Mecha:

Facts:
Madcat is a 75 Tons Clan OmniMech.
I create Madcat in a camouflage-snow-design -SchneeTarn. To display the camouflage-snow-design (Schneetarn) design, I used Lego-Stickers from the 7467 set. This wars my last step, to ad the Stickers. First I used many more of those stickers. For example I completly paste up (laminate) the Missel-launcher-boxes with those stickers. But that was to much. It dosent looks langer like a lego creation. So I began to use the stickers spare and dosed/regulated.
For the Minifig Torsos I used the same 7467 Stickers.

(And it is not easy to remove this stickers from Lego bricks! Be careful if you use it.)

On Page 2 in my Madcat(Brickshelf)Gallery you can see the Original Pictures of the Madcat.

I tryed to hold me strong on these pictures, when I createt and build my Madcat Version.

Look on this pictures, they are very interesting.
Especially the technical diagrams show many technical details of the original Madcat.

In practice the legs are not so solid/stable as I think before.
But it works.

Complete missiles are in the missile-luncher-boxes. This is my first armed Mecha.
Later a civil-version without weaponry will follow.

The Madcat was the first Mecha that I have seen in my childhood, so far I can renember. I seen it on a Computermagazin many years agao. And now it was time to make a Lego Version of one of my alltime favorite Mechas: The Madcat.

Questions and comments are welcome!
I hope you enjoy it!

Regards Dan

Gorgeous--an attractive design overall! I’ve never played Battletech, but I’ve always liked the design of the Madcat, even if I haven’t been able to design/build one myself. The missile rack is very impressive and true to the original, and I like how you’ve built the cockpit and canopy. Also, the foot-pads are nicely done, and their positioning gives a real sense of motion and action.

Very very cool!

Dave!

The photo presentation is very effective and gives a great sense of the scale of the vehicle.
