  Re: BRICKFEST MOONBASE

(...) No, my idea was going to be much much bigger, similar to the kind of mountain that the train guys would build for their train/town layouts. (...) Must come! Must help space dominate! SPACE UBER ALLES!! Adrian -- (URL) (21 years ago, 25-Apr-03, to lugnet.events.brickfest, lugnet.space)

  Re: BRICKFEST MOONBASE

(...) It wasn't really the 'central' module, but was going to be a pretty dramatic part of it, yes. The plan was to have Spaceman Mountain situated somewhere in the back center of a large c-shaped layout, with the monorail passing (...) Thanks for the ideas Hendo. I am already working on geting the interior populated and stuff. What do you think? just physical training stuff? or should it include like computer simulation room and technical proficiency (i.e. mechanic/construction)? (...) (21 years ago, 24-Apr-03, to lugnet.space)

  Re: The .Space theme song

(...) Maybe they would pay us in LEGO. :-) Seriously though if someone wants to actually make a song out of that, go for it. Only two conditions. 1. It is freely available for everyone to download and 2. Everyone gets proper credit where due. -Mike (...) (21 years ago, 24-Apr-03, to lugnet.space)

  Re: BRICKFEST MOONBASE

(...) I'll third that. Space permitting I will probably bring a Moonbase with a footprint of 10 (and maybe a little more) modules. If there is enough room that we can have all the sci-fi stuff in one place, that would be awesome. -Mike Petrucelli (21 years ago, 24-Apr-03, to lugnet.events.brickfest, lugnet.space)

  Re: BRICKFEST MOONBASE

(...) I'd like to second the call for a big space room rather than two. It would be nice if Star Wars, Space, the Moonbase, and the Sea Monkeys could all be included together.   Re: BRICKFEST MOONBASE

Oh, we're going to need a lot more room than we had last year, if our Moonbasiness is going to manifest itself as it appears that it will. Something on the scale of where the K8 was last year might work. Adrian (...) (21 years ago, 24-Apr-03, to lugnet.events.brickfest, lugnet.space)
