  Re: They're not pods.

(...) I love the renders and the real shots being virtually identical! Nicely done on the ships as well! It still amazes me how folks like you can do so much with so few pieces! These new renderings that everyone's posting are absolutely phenominal (...) (22 years ago, 27-Mar-03, to lugnet.space)

(...) Cool shapes and variations, I just wish that the minifig still had his arms. Oi, to have to use a bite-stick to pilot. I just hope the guy doesn't sneeze. -Duane (22 years ago, 27-Mar-03, to lugnet.space)

  Re: They're not pods.

Hey! Those are seriously fun....I really like the compact design of them. They almost remind me of a futuristic Ultra-lite. Using the flags as struts/ailerons - clever! The renders are beautiful...hard to tell from the real thing. Cheers, -G (...) (22 years ago, 27-Mar-03, to lugnet.space)

  They're not pods.

Hi all, I've posted images of some small space/aircraft designs that I've been messing around with for a few months. They were going to turn into an ISCC entry, but I never got around to it. The part counts only range from about 30 to 50 pieces, but (...) (22 years ago, 27-Mar-03, to lugnet.space, lugnet.announce.moc) !

(...) Yes. I saw that too. That was downright hilarious. Towards the end Hyde has a quip about going to wreck it again. :-O -Mike Petrucelli (22 years ago, 27-Mar-03, to lugnet.space)

Space Command Center on "That 70s Show!"

HAW! Classic Lego TV moment! I always knew Foreman and I were the same person. Jackie squashed his "Lego Space Command Center" in tonight's episode. There was even a scene later on where he plops a huge blue Lego box (erroneously numbered 741, with (...) (22 years ago, 27-Mar-03, to lugnet.space)

  Re: Major Debut: Part I

Ooooooh. The shape of this craft is really cool, organic and mechanical at the same time. My only critique would be the seeming lack of greeblies. It's mostly a personal opinion, but I think the space just under the fuel tank would be more (...) (22 years ago, 26-Mar-03, to lugnet.space)

Re: MOC: Gunstar from "The Last Starfighter"

This movie was one of those 'fuzzy rememberances' of the 80's for me. I remember seeing it and loving the idea of the kid that would be galactic pilot - as I'm sure many here did and still do ;) An excellent reproduction of the model...the death (...) (22 years ago, 26-Mar-03, to lugnet.space)

  Re: Major Debut: Part I

This has got a totally original shape Nathan....it looks like a wave caught in motion. What I like about it is that the design and flowing line of it makes it look like it's flying, even when still. It almost looks as if could be the base to more (...) (22 years ago, 26-Mar-03, to lugnet.space)

(...) I used to use lego.arnesson.nu (later www.arnesson.nu/lotek and now www.lotek.nu). I never received any complaints from TLC though. The change came after reading up a bit on TLC fairplay.
