  Re: New website, new MOCs

John, The site is great! Soft color scheme and easy to navigate. Superb photography! Thanks for the lighting tips (and the link to 1stpage). I too really like the Crab Shuttle. I think the balance of greebs to slick surfaces is just right. The (...) (22 years ago, 19-Mar-03, to lugnet.space)

  Re: Wow

(...) What I liked about it was that there's a bit of a story to it! A nice heroic story to boot. That gold ladder, though, on the lander... is that from a set or painted. (22 years ago, 19-Mar-03, to lugnet.space)

  Re: Wow

Yea, I saw this around 1 AM this morning...Wow is right. The detailing is great! The stickers on the Lander windscreen are clean and sharp. I like the overall design of the Rover...appears to have that "buggy" feel to it. Yes John, do talk! -Andrew (22 years ago, 19-Mar-03, to lugnet.space)

Re: Dark Eagle Transaerospace Fighter MK II

Looks like this is the season for upgrades! Nice improvements Curt...a more streamlined design to be certain. My only critique would perhaps be the use of trans-green. The shape is nice by itself...the trans-green I find draws your eye away from it. (...) (22 years ago, 19-Mar-03, to lugnet.space)

Dark Eagle Transaerospace Fighter MK II

Since many people who have viewed my website liked the Dark Eagle, I decided to improve the old version. Here is the result: (URL) Dark Eagle has proven to be one of the best transaerospace fighters ever made by Starforce. Despite that, however, it (...)   Re: Building Rant One

Hey there I know I don't post much, nor do I have many models online to show off (BTW--Main Site: (URL) Brickshelf: (URL) ) but I still have a few ideas on the subject... First of all, I believe that function dictates form. The space shuttle (...) (22 years ago, 19-Mar-03, to lugnet.space)

  Re: Major Cager: Intergalactic Poacher

Felix, I really enjoyed this...as has been said, the backstory--even short and simple--is great! Do ya know if Major Cager can find me a three-headed creature (3 heads are always better than 1 ;-P), like in the canine or velociraptor family? (...) (22 years ago, 18-Mar-03, to lugnet.space)

  Re: Cambridge MOC

(...) Travis, As was said, the hood scoop is great! It works well with the rugged yet family-oriented design. I like the hood SNOT work and the chrome ornament. With those 2x2 tiles I didn't realize that trunk piece was a 4x4 double sloped one. What (...) (22 years ago, 18-Mar-03, to lugnet.space)

  Re: Glencaer's LEGO Blocks

Not bad Lenny....some of your photoshop work and 'scene placement' is really nice, particularly with the castle section. Only advice I could offer is perhaps the additions of a few 'back' buttons when browsing the space creations. A minor point (...) (22 years ago, 18-Mar-03, to lugnet.castle, lugnet.space)
