  Re: New poster, new MOC

(...) Hee, thanks, I should still go see Macross someday. ^^;; And... I probably won't be making new creations for some time, as this ship has about 1/2 of all my lego in terms of mass, and just about all of my regular bricks and plates. Though (...) (22 years ago, 23-Jan-03, to lugnet.space)

  Re: New poster, new MOC

(...) Thanks =) The cockpit is my favorite part of the prospector, I almost used it again in other ships. I may yet. ^^ -Bennie (...) (22 years ago, 23-Jan-03, to lugnet.space)

(...) white design he uses. =D My ship is 180 studs long, from tip to tip, and weighs some 25 lbs. (I weighed it by weighing myself while holding the ship in my hands, and without.) and it's minifig scale of course. =) -Bennie (22 years ago, 23-Jan-03, to lugnet.space)

  Re: New poster, new MOC

(...) Thanks =) There is an interior, but I didn't make it easilly accessible. I wanted to keep it strong enough to hold together. (it can support it's own weight yay) I intend to take a few of the panels away soon, and then have my uncle (who owns (...) (22 years ago, 23-Jan-03, to lugnet.space)

Re: Drake Equation (was: Re: Some great Space info and dicussion)

(...) Redemption is, of course, an ethical concept, not an evolutionary one. Yes, our propensity towards violence is rooted in the competitive nature that very probably *gave* us our intellects to begin with; but that aggressive nature in itself (...) (22 years ago, 23-Jan-03, to lugnet.space)

Re: Crazy Dave's Toy Store: A Moonbase Module

(...) Yes indeedy. I really like all the little details in there. Things like the shopping trolley and the little police hoversled thing, but my favourite is that hover skateboard. Such economy of parts! Such nice design. Any chance of a closer look (...) (22 years ago, 23-Jan-03, to lugnet.space)

  Re: New poster, new MOC

(...) Hi Bennie and welcome! starship No.3 is my favourite. Man, this is huge! What I specially like is the front part with those sloping sides. And there's a lot of good-looking snot here and there. Ah, and I like this comm-array: (URL) wonder (...) (22 years ago, 23-Jan-03, to lugnet.space)

Re: Some great Space info and dicussion

(...) Small spacecraft dependent upon larger craft for long-range transport likely would have much greater utility in peaceful purposes than in warfare. Sure, we're talking about usefulness, of which energy costs are a great factor in space. If a (...) (22 years ago, 23-Jan-03, to lugnet.space)

  Re: New poster, new MOC

(...) How could they not? These ships are really cool, they remind me of SDF Macross designs, but very much your own at the same time. I look forward to your future creations. Take care, Soren (22 years ago, 23-Jan-03, to lugnet.space)

Re: Crazy Dave's Toy Store: A Moonbase Module

This is too cool Tony. Everything about the module drips with precision, right down to the vandals (I got a real kick out of those). Keep up the good work! Take care, Soren (22 years ago, 23-Jan-03, to lugnet.space)

Re: Lame Parts Competition - The Prize Winners

(...) I think I will, although probably not at the same time of year, what with your Mechastruct contest, the ISCC, and the holidays and all. Cheers, Allister (22 years ago, 23-Jan-03, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.contests)

Re: Et In Arcadia Lego: DiAxis

Niiice. Gives me the warm fuzzies all over. The SNOT, the features, it's a masterpiece. BTW, have you seen an anime called Outlaw Star? This bad @$$ little craft is strangely reminiscent of that show's art style. Take care, Soren (22 years ago, 23-Jan-03, to lugnet.space)
