Re: legends space set, my thoughts as to the reasoning based on what brad has said

<snip> (...) I talked about all this with a bunch of boys whom I teach. I am helping them build a minifig representation of our school and they were complaining about the SW sets to be just too much about obtaining the cool minifigs and not enough (...)   The LSA Class J-86 Piranha Dropship

***In these times of the LSA, the LSA issued a dropship useful for evac-ing (which we are doing a lot of) and for transporting troops. Able to carry at least 10 troops armed with mark 1 laser cannons, this dropship is the best one in the army. Armed (...) (23 years ago, 28-Mar-02, to lugnet.space)

I'll spare you from any Wrath of Khan quotes. ;-) [1] Looks cool! A great little ship and a great ship from the movie. I really like the way you did the nebula too. I can almost hear the James Horner music from that scene. -Jon [1] Well maybe just (...) (23 years ago, 28-Mar-02, to lugnet.space)

(...) I'd disagree with this as a reason. The whole Legends series is geared more towards the older collector.   Re: New MOC: Bluejacket (a futuristic helicopter)

Thanks Jeff! BTW, I especially like your microfig Correllian Corvette (on your brickshelf pages). I find the design extremely clever. :) Sure is interesting to think about it in contrast to the size of the LSAH Blockade Runner (set 10019). Best (...) (23 years ago, 28-Mar-02, to lugnet.space)

(...) I'd like to see a 6985 Cosmic Fleet Voyager, or a Message Intercepter Base or even the original 918 become a Space Legend! Why does Lego even continue to bother with those new SW sets?
