| Somewhere on the LEGO site it says that Serial > USB is not compatable -- If you must, why not just buy a USB IR tower from PITSCO LEGODacta for $30? If you have the SDK 2.5, or even the SDK 2.0, it comes with the driver for the USB tower (in the (...) (21 years ago, 14-Aug-03, to lugnet.robotics.rcx, lugnet.robotics.rcx.legos)

| Just came across youre discussion, and I thought this might help... Lego is usually a bit overreacting whit the systemrequirements. I've runned RIS 1.5 on an 486 whit 20 MB ram and 1 MB video,and the sysreq's from lego said it required an (...) (23 years ago, 21-Mar-02, to lugnet.robotics.rcx)

| I have Windows 7 RC on my netbook and I can't get the NXT software (version 1.1) to install. It hangs when the installer presents its progress bars and starts copying files off the CD.
