I ve got the very first and only tcp/ip enabled RCX in my room, cool, eh ?   Blocking problem?

Hi all, The model this is written for is a biped walker with each leg driven by it's own motor. The PB is a Scout. It uses a modified version of ping.nqc to do IR proximity detection.   Partial USB support

I just posted release 2.4 a3 which includes preliminary USB support for a couple of platforms. Very little testing has been done, so expect to run into a few problems. fyi- There was a pretty nasty (and stupid) bug in 2.4 a3 that would cause a crash if no serial port was specified (either with a -S option or the RCX_PORT environment var). I've fixed it and posted an update (2.4 a4). I suggest that anyone using a3 (...) (23 years ago, 30-Sep-01, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.nqc)

In adding LNP support to EmuLegOS I needed this feature in the lnpd. If you grab EmuLegos there is a patch for lnpd that will add the feature you are looking for. The patch has nothing to do with EmuLegOS so you can apply it without setting up the (...) (23 years ago, 30-Dec-01, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.legos)

How to guarantee packet delivery ?

I am implementing the stmt "rc=lnp_addressing_write()" in a while loop until (rc != 0). Receiving unit sends an ack which is treated by lnp_addressing_write() as a data collision w/rc= -1. Eric, see the thread started by Zhengrong Zhang on 11/5/01 about this. short: we can't find any compelling reason to hardcode the address.   RCX remote control and the use of PICs
