Recently, I went to use a couple RCXs that were loaded with LegOS. These two had both been used previously (about 1 to 2 weeks ago) but should have both had plenty of battery life remaining. hi all, im having problem using emulegos 1.2.5.0 with legOS 0.2.4 i have used legOS 0.2.4 for over 1 year now withouth any problems (including lnp), but for some reason when i type make in ~/hovedfag/emulegos/...ples/rover i get: makefile:8: (...) (...) Ghost is included with the 2.0 SDK - (URL) USB support is different on every platform. For platforms that Lego supported, I needed to work through their drivers - otherwise people would have to install one set of drivers for NQC, and another (...) Hello - In the past I have burned out serial port towers, so I recently acquired the USB version of the IR tower. From my experience, what you are describing is normal behavior for the current version of pbForth. Mr. Hempel has done an excellent job of creating a version of Forth to work with the RCX, but the work is far from complete. If you look at the (...) (...) Matt, Just because the LCD is blank does not mean that pbForth is not running. When you power the RCX on and pbForth is the firmware, the LCD is blanked. Can you communicate over the IR link? I don't know much about forth, but I'll try to help. I'm not sure that any firmware (normal) could keep the RCX from turning on. Try taking the batteries out, wait a few minutes, then put the same ones back in. If it turns on, it was the firmware. (...) (22 years ago, 6-Jun-02, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.pbforth)
