Phet, you took off the wrong end. Take the _top_ off the servo and expose the geartrain. Then remove the pot and neuter it as described in the instructions. --Chuck (...) (27 years ago, 17-Jun-97, to lugnet.robotics.handyboard)

Marco, TCP/IP is clearly wayyy to complicated for the 68HC11 to deal with on the handyboard. The simplest solution is wireless modems which act effectively as wireless serial lines between your PC and your Handyboard. I've used the 900Mhz modem that (...)   Re: Comuniction with PC (2)

Just another idea. What if you attached all the boards in a ring, sort of the token ring network idea that IBM used in their networks. Only make communications go in a clockwise path, and give each board an id#. Send the number and then the info. (...) (27 years ago, 17-Jun-97, to lugnet.robotics.handyboard)

(...) German Gentile from Argentina, hmmmmm..... Well, it fits my USA-media-distorted, sitcom-soaked, soundbyte-educated worldview! Sounds like you need to use the SPI (Serial Peripheral Interface) ports on the Handyboards. When one of the slaves (...) (27 years ago, 17-Jun-97, to lugnet.robotics.handyboard)
