Hi all, I'm trying lejos for the first time, but i cant get it working. i followed the tutorial on the lejos homepage. when i tried to compile motion.java, 9 errors come up with the first one saying that package josx.vision does not exist. this is (...)   RCX3 - Can extra hardware functionality be added?
 
Having had a good look inside my RCX, I'm thinking seriously about what is really possible in the same space envelope, whether extra ports or functions could be added for RCX3. I guess my postings (here and elsewhere) have been amongst the dozen that are way off topic. But I still don't get it. What is MSRS giving me that I want?   Getting Serial IR Tower To Work With RoboLab
 
I am trying to interface a serial IR tower RoboLab 2.5.4 B. The serial tower is connected to com4 via a PCMCIA RS232 1 port card. I can select the com4 port in "select Com" within RoboLab. This past weekend, the New England Lego User's Group displayed a 10'x30' train display at the RI Cooks convention in Providence. I heard an interview on NPR with a Lego exec about the time Spybots were introduced. He said that as the technology gets more sophisticated they think that the robotic/electronic bits will be in more and more of the Lego sets--as interchangeable (...) I see these new fancy robotic vacuum cleaners advertized on the TV that can drive around the floor and avoid obstacles. Is it possible to produce a RCX powered robot (using just one RCX) that does the same thing (although without the actual (...) (21 years ago, 22-Oct-04, to lugnet.robotics)
