Re: problem downloading srec file to RCX

(...) In the process of adding support for quad-speed download to nqc I noticed a bug in the firmware download code that caused problems with short downloads. This may (or may not) account for your problem. Either way, the bug will be fixed next (...) (25 years ago, 30-Nov-99, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.legos)

  IR proximity

I've managed to get a proximity detection working in legOS, using egcs 1.1.1 as the cross compiler. It has a very short range, and I haven't yet tested if the NQC variants have better range. If that is the case, I believe somebody will have to fix (...) (25 years ago, 1-Dec-99, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.legos)

Re: Dreaming of a European Legofest

(...) Good idea. We should organize a sort of pre-registration that implies no obligation but helps us to have an idea of the numbers.   Re: Dreaming of a European Legofest

But before that I'd like to see a "vote the country" one :-) This would mean we have some local user groups officially candidate to support the event. Well, actually (...)   Implementing Finite State Machines

Hi all! I have been struggling with a fairly large FSM implementation in NQC and came to realize that maybe most of the more advanced NQC applications might be actually FSMs (or could become)...   Re: IR Control

(...) Perhaps I should add Apple Event support to MacNQC - it wouldn't be too difficult. On the other hand, it may be more appropriate to build a smaller stand-alone app that serves as a bridge between Apple Events and RCX communication. Dave Baum (25 years ago, 22-Dec-99, to lugnet.robotics)
