A non-Lego(TM) "Constructopedia" has been discussed before for just that
purpose.
The most promising work seems to be the Kego Constructopedia. See

| (...) that (...) to (...) making (...) ways (...) Basically what you really need is a variation on a limited differential, in Legos. Such a contraption could be useful in many projects, be they wheeled or legged. Ideally, you would want it so as (...) (25 years ago, 1-Nov-99, to lugnet.robotics)
