Last update on this to keep the record straight and to stop slamming Syngress...
Camella Voci of Syngress wrote me a note today stating that she had to reset
my receipt in their system. I was in a no-man's land of sorts in their
database, and sometime after the fix on their end, I used IE 5.5 and thought
that was the difference. Not so - it was a snafu on their end. IE 6.0 is
supported just fine - just my bad luck.
Syngress replied in an acceptable and prompt manner. If you have a similar
problem, I feel confident that they can resolve it just fine.
