There, now it's out in the open...   I only have one pump! , and it's
a nearly usless large one!     *sniff*

woe-is-me

Hey, console yourself! It's not as useless as you think.

LOL yup...if you have a fast and powerful hand you can create a ton of
pressure within seconds with this...

BTW I recently acquired a pack of two small pumps for $10US from the Dacta

Yea, it does seem to work well manually, I was just trying to get some
of that mechnized action out of it.  It's all about the tinkerin'.  =)

I saw the pumps on the Dacta site, but I'm afraid the finance
committee (wife) has put a spending freeze on anything frivolous until
we move.  I'll argue all day long that there is little lego that could
be considerd frivolous(some bionicle pieces), but until we get moved,
and get all the moving expenses taken care of, I'll have a hard time
justifying the purchase of food, much less ABS.

"...blah blah blah..  every dollar you spend is a dollar less in the
down payment.....   blah blah blah  ...  you want electricity in this
new house right?, they have a hookup fee....    blah blah blah....  do
you even understand what 'points down' means??'  ...blah blah blah...
If i hear you say Ebay or brickbay one more time, I'll burn the
pathetic little collection you have, while you sleep,  large pump and
all!!!"

well,  ...it's not that bad...   yet!

I hate moving

(...) You have failed to point out that moving involves a lot of heavy lifting. This can be reduced significantly by placing heavy objects on air-cushioned platforms. Air-cushioned platforms require air pumps. Purchase justified. Matthias Jetleb (...) (24 years ago, 1-May-01, to lugnet.technic, lugnet.robotics)
