Iain,
This looks like a perfect opportunity to try using the servo
circuit I designed! If I use some of the heavier duty servos
I have in my stash, it could probably go direct drive.
Each servo has a 180 degree range of motion, which might be enough
for further proving the idea. I'm short of time right now, but have a
look at my web page on servos and the RCX to see if it might help...

| Hey all, i'm a casual follower of the list and only hit the leggos once in a while with my three yr old. But this weekend was in Goodwill and saw a box, blue lightening bolts, etc...(can't remember what product name was on it....argh..maybe (...) (24 years ago, 31-Jan-01, to lugnet.robotics)

| Well, to save you worrying, why not just go buy it for $30 and I'll send you the $30 + cost of postage and you can forward it to me. I'm sure I could get $30 value out of it. I don't think the average 3 year old would have a lot of use for it (...) (24 years ago, 31-Jan-01, to lugnet.robotics)
