Perhaps not, but the Fairplay policy has this written about fan sites and I
don't see any fan using an domain name like that :)

Lair is actually a hole in the ground (or mountain) where dragons and trolls
live (and other wild animals), like a dungeon. Liar on the other hand, comes
from lie :)

There's also a lot of examples in Swedish and I'm sure there are a lot more in
other languages. KolLEGOr for example, which means work mates. While on the
subject, a "legoknekt" or "legosoldat" is in fact a mercenary. The word means
"LEGO soldier".
But as I said, it was about fan sites that actually have LEGO content. If a
domain name contains the word "LEGO" but the site and pages themself show no
such content at all, I don't think there's any risk of confusing the consumers.
