  Re: The St. Theresa

(...) Yah, well. I'm sure its just coincidence ;) As soon as you posted those pice I built a few of my own. They're very easy to build and they make for a nice european looking village. I was in a lurking stage at that time so I never got to tell (...) (24 years ago, 2-Nov-00, to lugnet.pirates)

  Re: The St. Theresa

Hi! WOW!! That's gotta be the best Lego ship I've ever seen! There must be loads of room on board! I'm working on a present day battleship (the HMS Vergara) and so far I'm using a massive Technic frame (which isn't working too well). Can you please (...)   Re: The St. Theresa

(...) Wow! Awesome ship! I'd hate to face that in a good old Pirate game! Your other creations are equally amazing. the Scuttlebut has got to be my favorite... "..I'm smarter than you.   Some new pics on my site.

Hey all, Just posted a few new pictures. Too few as most of the roll came out way too fuzzy to post. Grrr, 35mm cameras...grrr... At least I get a digital camera out of all my complaining. Aren't wives great? One picture is of two Star Wars (...) (24 years ago, 1-Nov-00, to lugnet.org.us.sealug, lugnet.pirates, lugnet.starwars)

(...) Here's one article, though a bit older than that last few centuries: (URL) search on "Krak des Chevaliers" brought up lots of hits. Maybe you're thinking more of Foreign Legion forts though?   Can anyone help? -- N. African / Arabian castles and forts (18th to 20th centuries)

I'm cross-posting this a bit because I'm not quite sure where it fits. I'd like to know if anyone can point me to any resources (web sites, books, etc.) with pictures or diagrams of forts and castles used in the Sahara and Arabian regions during the (...) (...) Well, it's not annual until the 2nd one happens.... (...) I need to process my (3) 6543s, build one for my town and a couple cutters for the pirate game (well, one pair of red bow bricks might get used with a pair of black bow bricks for my (...)   Re: Small cutter bows (6x7 bow pieces)

(...) Was? It's not annual? (...) You bet! I also managed to pick up a couple of 6543s today--so I have red cutter bows as well. I'd be happy to ref, but of course I do want to *kill* things. arrr, LFB (24 years ago, 28-Oct-00, to lugnet.pirates, lugnet.gaming)

  Re: LEGO 2001

(...) It could be a half round, but the Alpha Team's enemie's base is built on a 6416 style baseplate, and looks like it has a curved wall around the stairs, which are a quarter circle, and the wall would be 4x4 to fit the curve.   Re: Small cutter bows (6x7 bow pieces)

(...) Yep--the paddle-wheelers, at any rate. However, until they were largely out of the 'overlap zone,' most steamers still carried a rig--the speed issue is why the Navy was very late in adopting steam propulsion as a standard, and even then only (...)   Sails for the Trading Post Cutter ?

Hello pirates I need the dimensions of the gaff and jib from the Trading Post Cutter. Has anyone got a scan of these sails ? I'll have to make my own. I've already got the pattern for square sail (same as Sea-serpent and raft-raiders). Henrik (24 years ago, 27-Oct-00, to lugnet.pirates)
