Just an update. I never really resolved the problem. But for now I am working around the problem by manually entering the .5 spacing that L3P would usually add between parts in POV-Ray.

Here’s the corrected file.



Thanks to everyone for your help. (I’m still open to suggestions on a REAL solution if anyone has any ideas.)

Any idea why the some pieces don't show seams in POV-Ray but they do in MLCad? Sorry if this has been addressed elsewhere. I did search for it, but I didn't find anything. (Newbie to all this.) For example, this is the model as seen in MLCAD. (...) (18 years ago, 23-Sep-06, to lugnet.people.newbie, lugnet.cad.ray, FTX)
