This is not in place of my other layout submission. (URL) layout is more city like. It has a downtown, an industrial district, and a large Fair Grounds. This layout should be considered also. You haven't missed the meeting...we're still trying to figure out the date (see the rest of the thread). It looks like it will be on the 16th or 17th.
