  Re: Proposed Brikwars Scenario

(...) Long Snip... (...) You seemed to read my mind... I have with me two of the Alien creatures that breaked havoc on that ship after one careless Darwin Award nominee pushed the open button on one of the confinement chambers and released them. (...)   Re: Proposed Brikwars Scenario

Jorge, This is darn groovy. I'm totally going to "liberate" most of this idea for my own nefarious purposes. The only thing: What happens if there are multiple people in the room? Do they all see the Alien? Can they all attack it? How does the Alien (...) (22 years ago, 31-May-02, to lugnet.org.us.nelug)

  Re: Proposed Brikwars Scenario

(...) Thanks you evilness... If there are multiple troopers in the room, all of them get to roll, this can be good or bad... as in you believe you saw something and then open fire on one of your own that just happen to be at your side. Oops! If only (...) (22 years ago, 31-May-02, to lugnet.org.us.nelug)

  Re: Proposed Brikwars Scenario

(...) Hee hee hee Now you've got to think of a way to make troopers take "imagining things" rolls as they get more and more freaked out. Such as, any time soldiers enter a room, there's a chance of Freaking Out based on: 1. How many of his comrades (...) (22 years ago, 1-Jun-02, to lugnet.org.us.nelug)

  Re: Proposed Brikwars Scenario

(...) *OH GOD!* Mike Rayhawk read my post and *ALSO* replied to it! I'm no longer a regular trooper! I've been upgraded to Hero, I can die with honor!!! (...) That could make things really, really cool but also very complicated. (...) Everything is (...) (22 years ago, 1-Jun-02, to lugnet.org.us.nelug)

(...) that we can see looks fantastic. I love the greeblies! I love the computer panels on the walls! Circuitry! Furniture! And of course, the requisite plastic mayhem! I'm really impressed with everybody's effort so far. Now, were you planning on (...) (22 years ago, 1-Jun-02, to lugnet.org.us.nelug)

  Re: Proposed Brikwars Scenario

(...) Yeah, I was mostly joking. If you were going to do that it would have to be something much simpler like, once any player has lost half of his units, he rolls 1d6 for every remaining unit under his control at the beginning of each turn. Results (...) (22 years ago, 3-Jun-02, to lugnet.org.us.nelug)

  Re: Proposed Brikwars Scenario

(...) Thanks you Shaun!!! I'm just learning from you guys. (...) Yes, I'm planning to be a third entity, with no affiliation to either side. I will be there to scare the bricks out of the players and as a general annoyance. I will stick to the CPs (...) (22 years ago, 4-Jun-02, to lugnet.org.us.nelug)

  Re: Proposed Brikwars Scenario

(...) As part of being an annoyance maybe we should have Jorge hide the data packets. My thought is to have everyone bring their modules with a cover on it (a baseplate) that way we won't know where we are going until we get there. It should make (...)
