Yes i did read whole thread.I realise it was tounge in cheeck.But think
about this do we want a kid to say "hey mom what's that?" "Well son that is
a missile silo that launchs a nuclear weapon that will kill thousands of
people."

First targets are missile silos and military bases when a counrty is
attacked trying to catch our offensive weapons on/in the ground before they
are used, population centers(ie citys) are second.
