How about a "User Group" meeting.
That's just us right?

Hi,
I think this makes a lot of sense: a "business" meeting
would also enable
us to prepare the next public meeting so we could do
things like setting up
a small city next to the train tracks or bring a bunch of
models from a
particular theme. Also Uncle Dan would be able to sell
all those special
parts to the members only...

The one thing I don't like about this idea is the name:
"business" is too
formal! We could call it "members only" or "private".

PS: Now, who's got a big house? ;-)

Y'know, I think it might be a good idea for us to have a • "business
meeting" - not a show for the public at the library, but • maybe at
someone's home or a restaurant or something.  I'd like • to have a
discussion about the meeting frequency, and also talk • about some of
the other things we could be doing as a group.

Maybe it would be a good idea to have the larger • meetings, like the
Fukaya ones have been, only every 2 or 3 months, and • have smaller
private meetings in the "off" 2 or 3 months?
