Dean and I will aquire the fabric as we have wanted to do so for a while. We've no problem paying for this and retaining the fabric as ours but using it for the club as well. My guess is that any space beyond our 16' x 6' is allocated for aisles and walkways, etc. Perhaps instead, we should allocate a corner of the layout for a small selection of lego train boxes (...)
