I'm tossing around the idea of doing something like this with the
sign. Kinda cool to have a sign like that on the wall!

I think you should definitely email your list, and of course all the
members. The worst that happens is that they don't contribute, and at
the very least, they are brought up to speed with what the club's
doing. Can't lose.
One thing to keep in mind is that much of what we're spending time and
money doing (table skirts, sign, flyers, logo design, etc.) will be
essentially a one-time cost, or will at last us a few of shows, so the
costs should be minimal for the next show (Christmas!!). You may want
to point that out to anyone you contact.
