  Re: OK, here's the update

I have emailed the Trains 2001 people with our request to be in the main hall, with the dimensions we've been talking about (12' x 18' with exposure on all 4 sides). I've mentioned that there is a good chance that Lego will be sending out (...) (23 years ago, 20-May-01, to lugnet.org.ca.vlc)

Next Meeting and my two cents

greetings and salutations: Which would be a better day for everyone -- Friday May 25th or Friday June first? Regarding trains 2000, I agree that we should definitely be in the main hall. Xandria (23 years ago, 18-May-01, to lugnet.org.ca.vlc)

  Re: OK, here's the update

(...) I agree... The side rooms NEVER get as much traffic as the main halls... It's a historic fact... We MUST be in the main hall. Tell them they can advertise that we will be there...   Re: OK, here's the update

I received email from the Trains 2001 people. It sounds like we can get the space we need. However, he's asked if we would agree to be upstairs in an expanded multi-purpose room. Does anyone remember this room from last year? Did anyone see it? Are (...) (23 years ago, 17-May-01, to lugnet.org.ca.vlc)

(...) No, we didn't - they use the same forms for vendors and exhibitors and it's a bit confusing. We don't have to ask for tables either, which the form goes on about (unless we want some).   Train Show non-Update

Hi all, Just to let you all know that I've contacted the organizers of both the shows we're interested in doing, but have yet to receive any replies. I'll keep you posted here. Robin PS Anyone working on layout plans? More ideas? (23 years ago, 9-May-01, to lugnet.org.ca.vlc)

  Station Idea
