Those look like Mega Blocks.

They are.  I just saw the commercial again, and they changed it a little bit
from the original (as shown in the above link).

Now at the beginning, they've added in not-so-fine-print
"Mega Blocks shown", and "mega blocks are a trademark of ....."

Interesting..... I'm guessing that either LEGO or MegaBlocks had requested
this to be put in???
