Or the Toyota Echo. Or the Buick Skylark.*
The Element has an unusual look. I wouldn't call it ugly--more deliberately
utilitarian. It bears a resemblence to cars like the Mercedes Benz G-class
(IIRC is the foundation of the Popemobile and other unusual applications).
I had briefly considered the Element, then the Matrix and Vibe, but discounted
them as too active for my drive to work and back lifestyle. I know Derek was
interested before this ad came out--but what luck, I think Honda will have a
sale now.
Calum
* But not as hated as the Toyota Camry. Whenever I'm driving in my Accord,
there's ALWAYS some stupid Camry driver always in front of me doing something
stupid like talking on their cell phone or looking for their reading glasses or
heart medication and going like 40 on the highway. I swear to god, Camry
drivers are the worse drivers in the world. And this is coming from someone who
is already probably one of the worst drivers on the road.
