Thanks! I knew all those 8x8 meshes were good for something when I took apart my TIE/Int.

Forgive my ignorance, because I may have missed an announcement somewhere (I’m only a casual reader of Lugnet), but what is the “train7 project” anyway?

It’s nothing special, it’s just the current rtlToronto group train project.

rtlToronto started doing train layouts a few years ago as an “event” at a library. The first event was called “train1”, the second “train2”. train7 is a group layout designed by Jeff Van Winden, Derek Raycraft and Jeremy Taylor. The previous layout (called train6) took two years to finish.

And I have to agree with Mr. Neal -- LEDs are definitely the way to go down (...) (18 years ago, 7-Jan-07, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto, FTX)
