no.  it's not deterministic based on who starts.  It's deterministic with no
consideration of who starts.  However, it's still not quite as deterministic as
Project X.  With that, you knew exactly where every cube should end.

I recall Chris saying his PX robot had 64 if statements.  Imagine how many he
will need for a simple game of Tic-Tac-Toe...
