Sure, I agree that everything there was a valid entry (maybe not a valid "robot"
by my definition of "robot," but we can argue that endlessly), but are the
competitions about building an interesting and clever robot, or scanning the
rules for loopholes? By the way, the "FAST cool easily catapulted bot" (which I
liked very much and one of the few "show stoppers" that have ever been at an rtl
event!) would still be 100% valid under my suggested additional rules.

| (...) Well, there's a balance here. If we say, you have to use a motor, it rules out a number of interesting little "shrapnel-bots" which use a strategy that is simply to obstruct.
