Thanks for the posters giving us the heads up on this sale!

I went with John Guerquin this morning to hit some of the stores in Toronto.
This of course, was after both us visited stores near home beforehand.

I bought:

7034 Surveillance Truck
7045 Hovercraft Hideout x2 (sold the bumper pieces to John on one)
8362 Ferrari F1 Racer  (The Ferrari sets are big hit here in rtlToronto)
7194 UCS Yoda
4496 Strata/Fun With Building Tub

And a few little $1.50 Duplo sets to give out for some new parents at the
office.

Unfortunately it didn't match the "stupid sales" that had John and I driving to
every Walmart in the GTA this spring...

There's a few sets I wanted to get more of, but they weren't good enough of a
deal:  The Passage of Jun Chi is one of them, because it has some nice slopes,
arches and corro, which was like $7.50,  Another was the windows and Liberty
green of the Quality Quidditch Supplies--but they were the same as Walmart
earlier this summer.

...but still, pretty cool.  Again, many thanks to Gail and others (Ka-On) for
letting us know!

Calum

(...) <snip> Yeah, I couldn't go TOO crazy, since I just got back from LEGOLAND with about $450 worth of stuff, spent $300 on S@H, some Pitsco DACTA loot, and then this happens. My wife tells me I owe her an elliptical cross-trainer over this one. (...) (20 years ago, 6-Sep-04, to lugnet.loc.ca)
