Hi y'all, I was hoping you could help me. I'm looking for: 15 black Bat Lord helmets (minifig helmet with bat wings) (URL) to pay no more than 50 cents each) & 4 white horses (no more than $1.00 a piece) Even if you don’t have these quantities, I'd (...)   Re: Honda Element Commercial Link

(...) Agreed Yaris looks good. Saw a really customized one at Yorkdale a few weeks ago and it looks like a riced up SMART. (...) The guy mentioned Rudi Bakhtiar. I love Rudi the way Iain loves flatrides. I watch her every night on Headline News. I (...) (21 years ago, 16-Oct-03, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto, FTX)

  Re: Honda Element Commercial Link

(...) (URL) Not sure if it's okay to link to profanity on lugnet, but it certainly suits the argument well. That's a nice clip, tho. (21 years ago, 16-Oct-03, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto, FTX)

  Re: C4: *yawn*

(...) Nice rant. If all that came of my post was bugging Chris some more then it was worth it :) (...) Yes, yes I did. So C4 is all my fault. But lets be honest, 3D piperacers with intersections would have been an almost impossible mechanical (...) (21 years ago, 16-Oct-03, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

  Re: C4: *yawn*

(...) hmm. Lets think about this for a minute. Is it reasonable to assume at least eight robots will show up? I think so. Given what Bruce said:"I think we can all build a fairly decent robot which can scan a 7x6 board and then drop a checker in one (...) (21 years ago, 16-Oct-03, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

  Re: Honda Element Commercial Link

(...) Ya, they are definitely not Lego branded bricks, but instead some generic building brick. Although most people will identify them as being Lego. (...) That's the best part. And as I keep telling people, it's not a car it's an IPOD accessory. (...) (21 years ago, 16-Oct-03, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

(...) Those look like Mega Blocks. (...) Sure is, it can easily challenge Pontiac Aztec for the Ugliest Car of the Century Award Ivan - I will not lie in front of the school bus with ketchup on my face (21 years ago, 16-Oct-03, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

  Re: Honda Element Commercial Link

(...) Or the Toyota Echo. Or the Buick Skylark.* The Element has an unusual look. I wouldn't call it ugly--more deliberately utilitarian. It bears a resemblence to cars like the Mercedes Benz G-class (IIRC is the foundation of the Popemobile and (...) (21 years ago, 16-Oct-03, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

  RE: Honda Element Commercial Link

  Re: C4: *yawn*

I hate to agree with Chris, but, we’ve all said since minute one, that this contest was going to be long and boring. And Rob, you were the guy pushing for a programming contest. Well congratulations, you’ve got it. The concept of reducing the time (...) (21 years ago, 16-Oct-03, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

  Re: C4: *yawn*

(...) I still think the best way to make the game more exciting is to drop the time limit to more like 5 mins per bot. That way it severely limits the amount of calculation possible (like 15 secs per move) and forces people to make very quick (...) (21 years ago, 16-Oct-03, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

  Re: C4: *yawn*

OK freak boy! listen up!!! one of the deciding factors of this game was because of ~YOU~!!!! you went on at the last game about how you wanted to see more of a programming challenge. so we came up with this!!! I don't deny that this will be a very (...) (21 years ago, 16-Oct-03, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

  C4: *yawn*

Just a thought, but does anyone else get the feeling this event is going to be incredibly boring to watch? Not only are the matches between robots going to be dreadfully slow, but there will be very little to see. Think about it: with all of the (...)
