Maybe, I think the idea was we didn't want people to wind the rope through some complex mechanism, or tie a knot in the rope. This is leaning towards doing that. Well, enough time has pass that most people weighed in on the idea of the new rule addition suggestion. as is typical with rtlToronto, those few who spoke up, dont have a strong opinion either way.
