What's Next... Re: Sorry I missed it

(...) Personally, I'd love to see something like this. In addition to myself, I know of at least four other builders who would be willing to travel the 10+ hours for a "good" game. Of course, I'm not sure what really makes a good game... While (...) (19 years ago, 13-Sep-05, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

  Sorry I missed it

I'm sorry I missed the contest. I looks like everyone had a great time. From the pictures I saw a lot of really cool designs with some wonderful strategies. The simple ring that locked on the pivot was genius. If I had been able to participate I was (...) (19 years ago, 13-Sep-05, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

Re: Where do we go from here...

(...) Well I'm not sure. I'm hoping not to put too much effort into the train show. My area is more or less complete. I just want to add more details. By the way, what are the dates for the Train Show? Dave? If this is the case, it would be (...) (19 years ago, 13-Sep-05, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto, lugnet.loc.ca.on)

  Re: Technical help, Please.

You mention Bell - so that means Sympatico. Are you using their Access Manager software, or the thing built into XP (if you are using XP) for rPPPoE? In either case, a better solution is to but a cheap router like this one here (URL) is available (...) (19 years ago, 12-Sep-05, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto, lugnet.off-topic.geek)

(...) Thanks Dave, I will try new drivers and see if that makes a difference, if not, maybe a new card is just what I need. Thanks for the advice. (19 years ago, 12-Sep-05, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto, lugnet.off-topic.geek)

  Re: Technical help, Please.

(...) Okay, I totally buy that, this PC is a piece of garbage and frustrates me on the best of days. For the record, I was just repeating what the tech guy told me, I have no clue, but I'm sure they have standard lines just to end the call. I asked, (...)
