  Re: Long Wires.

(...) Actually that would be 4 pairs, 8 robots, 4 simultaneous games. I think the best solution for manageability is: 2 Laptops 2 control labs, running 2 games off each laptop. Derek (21 years ago, 21-Jan-04, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

  Re: Long Wires.

(...) Please guys, help out here if possible. Assuming we have 4 games, that's alone 8 wires we need to setup for arbitration. (...) You can use mine, no problem. I can't see us needing more than 8 pairs of robots. Calum (21 years ago, 21-Jan-04, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

  Long Wires.

I've got all the bits to make the Arbitrator, or Arbitrators manage up to 4 simultaneous games. However I don't have enough long wires to connect that many robots to the Arbitrator. Could people please bring any extra long wires they have so we'll (...) (21 years ago, 21-Jan-04, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

Re: CHRIS and CALUM will be HARSH!!!! C$

CHRIS and CALUM will be HARSH!!!! C$

Calum and i were talking last night about the flow of the day. we are in the space from 9 am to 4 pm (we have to be clean and gone by 5) the games start at 11, and we don't have ANY CLUE as to how many robots will show up. could be 5, could be 10. (...) thank you calum. when we first started this, (RTL) YES it was for US! it was at my theatre, and was FREE!!!! it then became a library that we paid $50 a day for and that was cheap.   Re: Marble Sorting - Hey Dave K

(...) Well, that's sort of the reason why we're running it...we know C4 will be brutally boring for the general public, so we're running marbles to entertain them. (...) Hello. Calum (21 years ago, 20-Jan-04, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

Re: Marble Sorting - Hey Dave K

(...) We can debate how much fun the marble sorting's gonna be... how 'without a hitch' it's gonna run... how it's probably going to be the 'event of choice' for 4 out of 5 attendees... but... whatever I'm going to go watch Stockard Channing give (...)
