  Re: A one time thing?

(...) Gee, you'd think we were desperate for attandance or something. Trying to get people to commute from the US. <grin> Just kidding. Play well. Tim Strutt 8^) (23 years ago, 26-Jul-01, to lugnet.org.ca.parlugment, lugnet.org.ca.monlug)

  Re: A one time thing?

  Re: Train2 Modules

(...) Well that's incredible news! I'm so glad to hear ParLUGment is bringing modules! The position on the layout is not really a problem. Apart from the corners (ie, JeffE, JeffVW and myself) the rest is relatively rearrangable to fit however many (...) (23 years ago, 25-Jul-01, to lugnet.org.ca.parlugment)

  Re: Train2 Modules

(...) nice...I hope that mountain idea works... I am trying to integrate a pair of level crossings into my layout, but it will be next to impossible to get an optimal look. The problem is my LRT trasnsit loop around my layout. I did a rough look at (...) (23 years ago, 25-Jul-01, to lugnet.org.ca.parlugment, lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

  Train2 Modules

Well, I picked up all the 1x2's and plywood to build 3 modules today. Hopefully can get them together before we head out to Windsor on Thursday.   Re: lego outlet in windsor

(...) Thanks for the directions. I will definitely check it out if I get time. I'll be there for a wedding, so I don't know how much time I'll have. If you get a street address, that would be great, so I could map it out on mapquest. Thanks. Play (...) (23 years ago, 22-Jul-01, to lugnet.org.us.michlug, lugnet.org.ca.parlugment)

Re: LEGO Studios for $44.99 at Futureshop

Have you guys seen this future shop deal? $44.99 +shipping&tax for 1349 Lego Studios Spielburg Movie Maker Set. I ordered 2 since shipping was cheaper that way, and I figured I could sell one fairly easily. I'm sure one of you guys could take one (...) (23 years ago, 21-Jul-01, to lugnet.org.ca.parlugment)

  Re: Yet another meeting

  Woo Hoo! Train Cars!

I awoke to a very pleasant surprise today. My 10013 & 10014 have arrived in Ottawa! Haven't built them yet, since we have company, but they will be built before the day is out. <grin> Box looks nice. Not black & white, so that's a plus. Here's scans (...) (23 years ago, 19-Jul-01, to lugnet.org.ca.parlugment, lugnet.org.ca, lugnet.loc.ca, lugnet.trains)

  Re: New Catalog

(...) Just as well, I receive my catalog yesterday. Also of note is the 1x4 brick on the bulk bricks page. I thought there would be a "bridge" bulk pack but it seems thats you have to buy everything separately. The steering piece of the Technic 8466 (...)   Re: Yet another meeting

(...) hospital (...) Hi guy, It's look like you had a lot of fun, sorry I couldn't be there :-( I'm very impress by the monorail, real good design.   Re: Any extra modules? + Quick'n dirty railyard

(...) Hi, yes I'll be there but the only MOC I'll bring will be rolling stock. That all I can do with my current assignement. I also have a big project for the november train show. Martin (23 years ago, 19-Jul-01, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto, lugnet.org.ca.parlugment, lugnet.org.ca.monlug)

  Re: New Catalog

(...) The photo on pg 38 is the same as the front page, except with the large 'blue' engine and tender turned around. The grey engine is in the same picture on top of the bridge. But the real kicker is the bulk stuff on pg 24. If they hadn't said (...) (23 years ago, 18-Jul-01, to lugnet.org.ca.parlugment, lugnet.loc.ca)

  Re: New Catalog

(...) What are the content differences again? I can't remember... Doesn't the Bionicle one have less inside? (no Guarded Inn, etc.) KDJ ___...___ LUGNETer #203, Windsor, Ontario, Canada (23 years ago, 18-Jul-01, to lugnet.org.ca.parlugment, lugnet.loc.ca)

  Re: New Catalog

(...) I think thats cause it's Dark Gray... (Compare the Large Train with Tender thats central on pg:38 to the "B. Small Train Engine" on the top left side of pg:39.) -R (23 years ago, 18-Jul-01, to lugnet.org.ca.parlugment, lugnet.loc.ca)

  Re: New Catalog

Are all of you in Ontario? I phoned a couple of days ago to get a copy of the new catalog, and the guy on the phone said it wouldn't even be shipped for two weeks. Actually, it doesn't matter that much, as I wanted that catalog before the news of (...) (23 years ago, 18-Jul-01, to lugnet.org.ca.parlugment, lugnet.loc.ca)

Re: Any extra modules? + Quick'n dirty railyard

(...) So far, it sounds like 4 or 5 are coming from Ottawa, and maybe 3 so far from Montreal. Unless Martin is bringing something, the MonLUG'ois are too busy working on their November Train Show and weren't planning to bring any modules. As for us (...)
