  Re: Train2 Layout, Week2

(...) By the looks of it, the circle's a little full. The good bit about a trian yard is that it can 'plug in' to wherever there's free room, 'cause basically it's freeform (at least my implementation....) so here's what i'm thinking.... i'll put in (...)   Re: Train2 Layout, Week2

(...) I hope to make it as Jude has mentioned. I'll double-check with my manager to make sure I can have the day off, and then let you know. If I get my bricks from S@H in time to build my mountain/tunnel, then I'll probably need 6 (2x3) modules for (...) (URL) have more modules they wish to add? Dave, could you use OpenC1 in your layout? If not, we can add a spacer to the north side... Would anyone from our sister LUGs be bringing a module or two? (...) Note also that real railways use a "clearance envelope" that is NOT a rectangle, it has missing/rounded corners as well. So having more clearance in the center of a tunnel arch opening is very prototypical. Take a look at autoracks some time. (...) (...) No problem. I just need the direction, and I'll try my best to comply. Here's the piece I was going to use for the top arch: (URL) the picture shows, it will cut the clearance by 2 bricks height at the edges. So, I guess I'll try raising the (...) Hi, I can confirm that as well! Originally I had ordered 5 of 1808... boy was I surprised when it showed up and the box contained 5 2147 Dragon Fly's instead.
