As you say, you make a judgement call about whether there's a case, eh?
I think most people wouldn't have a major problem with the word brick being
used in general conversation from time to time.
On the other hand, I don't find it hard to make a judgement call about how
most people might react to being called, say, a 10 foot wide concrete vat of
largely untreated sewage.
And again, that's not a reason not to do it, it just seems silly to say that
there was no offence
Maybe that's just me being all soft and sensitive.
(If it is, it'd be the first time this year ;-)
