You play with LEGO bricks. You openly admit it. You even joined an online
community to bask in the brickiness of it all. You've got the Geek gene. Now,
your gene might be smaller and more selective than those of others here, but it
still exists. There are many different types of Geekdom, and only if you are a
totally boring "normal" person are you completely deficient in that capacity.
Totally boring smart people fall into the sub-category of "nerd", unless they
have some cool redeeming type of Geekdom that justifies their existence (it
should be noted that in the computer age, it's significantly harder to qualify
as a Nerd because being computer savvy instantly qualifies you for Computer
Geekdom).
