I would.
As long as the front end is working properly, the caster and camber of the
wheels will allow the car to follow what is pulling it.
This is fairly common usage in the US, both for RV users who want a small car
while they're camped, and for such things as mobile home transport companies
who hitch the flag car to one tractor and both trailers (stacked on top of each
other) to the other for the return leg.
